Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing castor.fund or app.castor.fund (the "Interface"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. The Interface

Castor Fund provides a non-custodial interface to delta-neutral, on-chain yield strategies. We do not take custody of your assets. Transactions are executed by smart contracts that you interact with directly from your own wallet, and you retain control of your keys at all times.

3. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Interface is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons in jurisdictions where such use would be unlawful or restricted. You confirm you are not a restricted or sanctioned person.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. See our Risk Disclosure.

5. Fees

The strategies may apply a performance fee and a management fee, applied and calculated on-chain by the relevant smart contracts. Applicable fees are disclosed in the app before you transact. Network (gas) fees are paid by you and are outside our control.

6. Third-party execution

Strategy execution may be operated on institutional-grade, white-label infrastructure provided by third parties. While the Castor Fund brand and interface are our own, certain execution and custody-of-positions functions depend on those parties and their venues.

7. Assumption of risk

Digital assets and DeFi protocols are high-risk. You accept all risks of using the Interface, including smart-contract, counterparty, market and execution risk, and that you may lose some or all of your capital.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castor Fund and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Interface.

9. Intellectual property

The Castor Fund name, brand and site content are owned by Castor Fund and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
